Quest Wodonga

First off, the customer service before we arrived - ringing to check if we needed anything and texting and replying as well. I’ve never received this from a hotel, so I was very impressed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we could have needed for our stay. We’ll definitely be booking Quest Wodonga for our future stays, as we come quite regularly to visit family.

Fresh feel to the apartment, you could tell it had recently been renovated/refurnished. Appreciated getting a complimentary room upgrade based on a ground floor request. Pillow menu is a great idea. Would have loved to know about it at check in, as I didnt see the card until after reception was closed. Loved the access to the pub accross the road.

The lady on reception during the day was amazing, so lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

Accessibility from undercover parking was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Excellent and clean room and amenities. We have always stayed at quest and the room we were provided was by far the cleanest and most comfortable.
